Hello, 

As I find myself in the fase of a pensionate, I would like to skip my bio largely. I was active in the field of sculpture, peadagogics, and architecture. I am busy inwardly, to find new purpose and a new place. 

I am Dutch, and live in the Netherlands, near the Northsea, north of The Hague. 

I am curious about the 12 units/exercises, I guess it presents just what I need now. It is a characteristic of Theodor, to extract essence from the essential, I guess. 

I will not be able to lift my left arm fully, as I had a dislocated shoulder. But strangely, with the B - knee bend exercise, my left arm went up further as before. 

I wish us all good luck with the wintercourse - warmth and light be spread towards those who are in inner coldness, for what reason ever.
